Structure of consults

1. Consult

During your initial consultation, as much information as possible is gathered about your health and wellbeing. You will be asked questions about your general health, pre-existing conditions and any medical history that you have. Some diagnostic tests may also be performed or ordered so as to obtain a clearer picture of your health status

2. Advise

Once we have ascertained the areas requiring attention from the initial consult and test reports (if applicable), you will receive Personalised Prescription and Treatment Plan to get you on track to optimum health. This is specifically tailored to you – your needs, pace and considering your own personal barriers on the road to health.

3. Review

After your first few visits and implementing your treatment plan, we'll arrange for you to come back in a few weeks for a follow up visit, so we can take a look at your progress and look at how your health has improved and make any adjustments necessary. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have about your wellness and the changes you are making towards a greater feeling of health and wellbeing.

4. Live Well

The ultimate goal is to educate and empower you to create lasting positive change that can be sustained and self-directed without the need for practitioner support. It is recommended however to have a 'top-up' health check once or twice a year. That way, we can check that you're still feeling great!

A word on supplements...

Only the best, practitioner-only supplements are used at Sol House Studio. Most are made in Australia under strict TGA regulations. The strengths are therapeutic and unavailable in conventional health food stores, supermarkets or pharmacies. Many are of a quality far superior to the recommended Australian standard and will achieve the best health results possible.

Follow up
Consultation

Follow up consultations are normally arranged 1-4 weeks after your initial appointment where we discuss your progress and individualised treatment plan in more detail based on your initial assessment.

• Evaluate your progress
• Discuss any questions/concerns
• Evaluate diet/lifestyle and supplement strategies
• Track improvements
• Reassessments and retesting
• Lifestyle tweaking

Subsequent appointments are then arranged fortnightly, monthly or in six-week intervals depending on individual circumstances. During this time we will review your program, what's working and what is not and if any adjustments are required to keep you on track.

Standard Follow Up

Usually spaced 1-4 weeks a part depending on your individual health requirements. These appointments are designed to be goal focused, practical and memorable.

Extended Follow Up

This consultation is recommended for reassessments, lifestyle reinforcement, checkups or when further holistic support is needed or desired.
