Led by husband and wife duo Benny and Olivia, Sol House Studio is bringing nature back into mainstream health.
As a Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, Benny provides Breath & Ice public, private and customised workshops. Benny is also the founder of the Conscious Club – a place where people from all walks of life come together weekly to continue their breath and cold immersion practice at the crack of dawn. These free-flowing sessions connect us back to ourselves and the rad community who show up – a real circuit breaker to the hustle and bustle of a busy life. 

For those searching for a nature-driven approach to boosting their health to its full potential, Olivia offers comprehensive and wholistic naturopathic and clinical nutrition consultations. Olivia combines naturopathic philosophy with scientific knowledge to treat the whole person, not just the present symptoms, ultimately igniting the self-healing process that is innate within all of our bodies.
